The countdown is almost over! Ahead of XONARA’s World: PULA Pit Stops at the Trinoma Activity Center on August 7, XONARA has shared the event reminders to help attendees prepare for the much-awaited fan experience.
From the event schedule and registration guidelines to exclusive rewards and venue reminders, here’s everything you need to know before heading to Trinoma.
The gates open at 12:00 PM, with interactive stations welcoming fans throughout the afternoon before the evening program begins. Organizers also encourage attendees to arrive between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to make the most of the activities.
The event is organized by 1Z Entertainment in partnership with Trinoma by Ayala Malls.
Admission was made available through Trinoma’s receipt redemption promotion, where shoppers who spent at least PHP 1,000 (single or accumulated receipts) at participating Trinoma merchants from August 3 to 7 could redeem an event pass at the Level 1 Concierge Booth. Customers with PHP 2,000 worth of qualified receipts could redeem up to two event passes per day.
Important Note: Purchases from Landmark Department Store, Landmark Supermarket, bills payment, and banking transactions were excluded.Â
On event day, attendees should proceed to the registration area beside CHAGEE and present their Trinoma Event Pass together with one valid government-issued or school ID. The name on the event pass must match the ID presented during registration. Event passes are strictly non-transferable, while walk-ins and plus-ones will NOT be accommodated. Benefits will be forfeited if the registered attendee is absent, and organizers may reassign available slots at their discretion.
The first 300 qualified purchasers can also claim their reward vouchers during registration:
Re-entry is allowed but will require guests to queue again and will remain subject to venue capacity. Minors must complete the required waiver during registration, while senior citizens, pregnant attendees, and guests with medical conditions should declare any necessary medications and accomplish the required waiver upon entry.
To help ensure a safe experience for everyone, attendees are reminded not to bring the following prohibited items: professional cameras, drones, glass bottles, cans, hard plastic containers, alcoholic beverages, or illegal substances into the venue.
