DAY ONE’s First Busking Stop

DAY ONE is kicking off “Find Their Stories: A Pre-Debut Busking Series” at SM City Telabastagan, inviting fans to come listen, say hello, and experience their first steps as DAY ONE.

Busking Series First Stop Details:
  • Date: August 15, 2026
  • Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Venue: The Atrium, SM City Telabastagan
  • Location: San Fernando City, Pampanga

The busking series marks an exciting first for the newly introduced DAY ONE, giving fans an opportunity to see them perform and spend time with them as they begin building new memories under their new identity.

From NEW:ID to DAY ONE

Before becoming DAY ONE, the five original members were known as NEW:ID, a P-pop boy group formed through the Filipino-Korean survival show Dream Maker. Wilson, Macky, L, Thad, and Jom later debuted under MLD Entertainment, officially introducing their music and identity to the P-pop scene.

The NEW:ID chapter eventually came to an end following the members’ departure from MLD Entertainment, paving the way for their next chapter as DAY ONE. Hints of a refreshed six-member lineup surfaced after the group’s official Instagram account followed the five former NEW:ID members, along with “Nyle”, who is also listed as a “DAY ONE MEMBER” in his bio.

The members are also now moving forward under new stage names, with Macky as Mark, L as Eleven, Thad as Thaddeus, and Jom as Jace, while Wilson retains his name.

DAY ONE then began building its new identity from the ground up, launching fresh official social media accounts and introducing the name with the simple declaration, “This is DAY ONE.” Their individual social profiles have also been reset to reflect the new chapter, making the transition feel like a genuine fresh start.

Experience DAY ONE’s First Busking

With “Find Their Stories” serving as DAY ONE’s pre-debut busking series, the group is inviting fans to discover their music and stories from the very beginning. For NewDAYS and new fans ready to witness DAY ONE from their very first steps, this is one beginning worth showing up for.
