The Mojave Stage witnessed a historic moment as BINI became the first all-Filipino girl group to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California.

That milestone is now being revisited in “BINI: Walo Hanggang Disyerto,” a documentary special announced by ABS-CBN News, capturing their journey from preparation to their breakthrough performances at the Mojave Stage. The special will stream on iWant and YouTube, while also airing on ANC.

Two Weekends of Defining Performances

BINI’s Coachella debut unfolded across two weekends on April 11 and April 18, 2026 (PH Time), both at the Mojave Stage.

Week 1 opened with “Shagidi,” featuring Filipino-inspired styling with gold outfits and salakot hats alongside their supporting dancers, known as their “Besties.” Momentum built fast with “Zero Pressure” and “Out of My Head,” showing tight control and stage presence.

The energy peaked with “Karera” and “Salamin, Salamin,” followed by crowd favorites “Blink Twice” and “Cherry on Top.” A major crowd moment came when BINI Mikha taught the Filipino “Eyy!” gesture, which quickly spread across the venue. Week 1 closed with “Pantropiko” in a full Mojave singalong.

Week 2 opened with “Strings,” featuring warrior-inspired outfits and a roll call integrated into the choreography. The set continued with “Zero Pressure,” “Out of My Head,” and high-energy runs of “Karera,” “Salamin, Salamin,” “Blink Twice,” and “Cherry on Top.”

BINI Maloi shared an emotional message, calling the moment a major milestone for the group. Highlights also included “Blush” from their Signals EP, followed by “Bikini” and “Pantropiko,” which drew massive crowd reactions. The set closed with chants of “BINI!”, ending with “Mabuhay ang musikang Pilipino!”

A defining moment for BINI and P-pop

BINI: Walo Hanggang Disyerto” captures more than performances, highlighting preparation, pressure, and BINI’s breakthrough on a global stage. BINI’s breakthrough into global festival space marked a clear turning point for P-pop.

Following Coachella, the group now moves toward the BINI Signals World Tour, starting at SM Mall of Asia Arena before heading to international stops across the U.S., Canada, Asia, and Europe.
