P-pop is about to take over the arena as G22 and VXON light up “Bida Sa Arena” as guest performers, bringing P-pop energy straight to SM Mall of Asia Arena this May 3, 2026. This celebrity showdown becomes a full collision of music, fandom, and sports in one massive celebration.
Hosted by Ai Dela Cruz and Martin Javier, the event blends basketball, entertainment, and charity into one packed arena experience where stars and fans share one electric spotlight.
Two rising names in the scene, G22 and VXON, are stepping in as guest performers, adding live P-pop fire to an already star-studded night. Both groups debuted under Cornerstone Entertainment in 2022 and were part of Billboard Philippines’ P-pop Rising Class (2025), cementing their place in the new wave of Filipino pop acts.
G22, the “Female Alphas,” continues to rise with AJ, Alfea, and Jaz leading the group’s sharp performances and empowering image. Their momentum includes the upcoming concert The Eve Of An Alpha: The First Concert on July 12, 2026 at New Frontier Theater, plus major wins like the Rising Star Award at Billboard Philippines Women in Music 2026 and Rising P-Pop Stars Gold Champion at TAG Awards Chicago  2026.
VXON, known as the “Monsters of P-pop,” keeps building their era after their first concert, Kalawakan, and the announcement of Kalawakan: The Evolution set for June 27, 2026. Their album “Pasakalye” and tracks like “Pelikula,” “Sh*t Sobrang Init,” and “Sikretong Malupet” continue shaping their sound, alongside recognitions such as 2023 Nylon Manila’s Favorite Rookie P-pop Group and 2023 VP Choice Awards Spotlight of the Year (January & February).
According to the SM Tickets website, “Bida Sa Arena” is a celebrity charity basketball game bringing together actors, athletes, influencers, and public personalities in a high-energy event built for a good cause. The basketball showdown brings two stacked teams ready for charity-driven competition.
