Singapore is about to hear a whole lot more from the Philippines as KAIA, pix!e, XONARA, and Lola Amour join Music Matters Live 2026. Four Filipino acts will take part in the festival’s 21st edition, giving P-pop and OPM another chance to connect with audiences beyond the country. Music Matters Live runs from October 2 to 4 and October 7 at CQ @ Clarke Quay, with 40+ artists from 15 countries set to perform across the festival.
This year comes with something extra special for Filipino music. KAIA, pix!e, and Lola Amour are part of the inaugural MadeIN Philippines Spotlight, giving the country its first dedicated Philippine showcase at Music Matters Live. The showcase is presented by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in partnership with BSE and Music Matters, bringing together three acts from different corners of the local scene.
Filipino artists have already made their mark at Music Matters Live in previous editions, with acts including BINI, 1ST.ONE, FELIP (SB19 Ken), Ben&Ben, James Reid, ONE CLICK STRAIGHT, Mikey Bustos, and more Filipino artists appearing on the festival’s earlier lineups. This time though, the Philippines gets its own showcase built specifically around Filipino artists, making KAIA, pix!e, and Lola Amour part of a first for the festival. The exact performance schedule for the MadeIN Philippines Spotlight has yet to be announced by Music Matters Live.
Over at the Music Is Universal showcase, XONARA will raise the Philippine flag as part of a Southeast Asian lineup on October 4. The P-pop girl group will perform alongside DOLLA from Malaysia, LYHAN from Vietnam, MARBLES from Indonesia, and VVV from Thailand, putting artists from five Southeast Asian countries on the same showcase.
XONARA’s appearance comes with an even bigger milestone. Their Music Matters Live performance will mark their first-ever international stage, giving the group a major opportunity to introduce their sound to a new audience so early in their career. It is also another sign of how P-pop acts are increasingly finding spaces within the wider Southeast Asian music scene.
Music Matters Live is part of the wider All That Matters platform, which brings together music and entertainment industry activities in Singapore. With showcases including MadeIN Philippines, MadeIN Japan, MadeIN Nagaland, Sounds Australia, Music Is Universal, and Girls’ Night Out, the festival gives emerging artists a chance to be discovered alongside acts from different countries.
For Filipino fans, there’s plenty to look forward to this year’s edition. From P-pop energy to OPM vibes, KAIA, pix!e, XONARA, and Lola Amour are each bringing their own sound and identity to Music Matters Live 2026. With the first-ever MadeIN Philippines Spotlight and the Music Is Universal showcase, Filipino music will have more than one reason to turn heads in Singapore.Â
